Position: SAP MM Consultant

We are looking for a SAP MM Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP solutions related to procurement, materials management, and inventory management across Latin America. The role acts as a regional subject matter expert, supporting the global SAP template and LATAM localization requirements, with strong exposure to Brazil localization and cross-module integrations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for SAP MM demands across Latin American countries.

• Serve as the central point of contact for SAP MM functional and technical support.

• Collaborate with SAP Technical Leaders, IT Business Partners, and Project Managers on strategy, prioritization, estimations, and resource planning.

• Provide expertise on MM custom developments within the global template and LATAM localizations.

• Estimate SAP MM projects and enhancements aligned with business priorities.

• Support staffing and capacity planning for the MM portfolio.

• Guide consultants and promote best practices within the SAP MM stream.

• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and SAP governance.

Essential Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA MM / Inventory Management.

• Strong knowledge of Brazil Localization, including: Taxes Nota Fiscal inbound processes SPED Subcontracting and consignment

• Solid integration experience with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, Ariba, EWM, and external logistics or 3PL systems.

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management processes.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish desirable).

• Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with Brazilian Tax Reform and WMS implementations.

• Peer leadership and technical mentoring experience

The position must be based in São Paulo, with availability for onsite work 1 day per week.
