Position: SAP FI Consultant

We are looking for a SAP FI Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP Financial Accounting solutions across Latin America, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient finance processes. This role acts as a key bridge between finance teams and IT, translating accounting requirements into effective SAP solutions while supporting the global template and regional localizations, with a strong focus on Brazil localization.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for SAP FI demands from business users across Latin America.

• Serve as the central coordination point for SAP FI functional and technical support, methodologies, and procedures.

• Collaborate with SAP Technical Leaders, IT Business Partners, and Project Managers on:
  - Project strategy and prioritization
  - Effort estimations
  - Technical resource planning

• Provide deep expertise on SAP FI custom developments within the global template and LATAM localizations.

• Estimate SAP FI projects and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities and business outcomes.

• Support staffing and capacity planning for the SAP FI portfolio.

• Guide and mentor SAP FI consultants when applicable. E

• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems, SAP governance, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC FI in regional and/or global environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Brazil Localization for FI.

• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes:
  - General Ledger
  - Accounts Payable and Receivable
  - Asset Accounting
  - Bank Accounting.

• Experience with end-to-end processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash from a financial perspective.

• Strong integration knowledge between SAP modules and external systems.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish desirable).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with Brazilian Tax Reform, Fiscal Notes, and Electronic Invoicing.

• Peer leadership and technical mentoring experience.

• Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments.

The position must be based in São Paulo, with availability for onsite work 1 day per week.
