Role & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, administering, maintaining, monitoring the integrity and performance of the company's databases and ensuring that data is stored securely and efficiently. You will also provide strategic guidance and implementation of the corporate database and corresponding data feeds.

Essential Qualifications:

• Have experience in large, critical and high availability environments;
• Perform or be responsible for the monitoring, administration, performance, security and continuous improvement activities of the DB;
• Experience in installation, tuning (environment, server, queries, indexes, tables, etc.) and monitoring of high performance and high-available environments;
• Optimization of queries and execution plans;
• Experience with technologies: Iaas, Paas, On-Premises;
• Experience with any of the cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle;
• Experience with any of the database products: SQL Server, MySQL, RDS, Azure SQL, Oracle, others;
• English professional proficiency for read, write and conversation.
